A prototype of rams is now available. This code is a version
of ram that treats the ocean bottom as an elastic medium. The
code is a prototype because there are some improvements for
range-dependent problems that have not yet been implemented. 
The code should be very useful in its present form. However,
errors of a few decibels may occur for some shallow water cases
involving sloping bottoms.
